        Mr. David Roper has over twenty years of senior management experience in major business corporations in Hong Kong. Prior to his current management consultancy works as Chief Consultant – PTF Consultancy, Mr. Roper was the founding Managing Director of Octopus Reward Limited and was responsible for the creation of Octopus Rewards Program which as of date has over two million subscribers. Before joining Octopus, Mr. Roper was the General Manager of New World Telecom, focusing on Partnership and Product Marketing. He is highly knowledgeable in leading new corporate initiatives, managing high performance teams and building win-win partnership.

In this seminar, Mr. David Roper will share with the audience his perspectives, earned from over 20 years of business management and consultancy experiences, on the two great leaps that experienced and aspiring managers need to take to becoming effective business leaders.
