City & Guilds Senior Awards

City & Guilds Senior Awards have been developed for professionals who are looking for an internationally respected award that recognises their workbased achievements. The structure is comprehensive, progressive, accessible and competence-based.

HKU SPACE is City & Guilds' first delegated authority outside of the UK in offering Senior Awards Licentiateship (LCGI), Graduateship (GCGI) and Membership (MCGI) in Asia. The awards are comparable to UK National Qualifications Framework (NQF) at Level 4, Level 6 and Level 7 respectively.

With the delegated authority status, the School registers, assesses and recommends the students against the criteria for the awards approved by City & Guilds. To gain the required award, a candidate must attain the academic and professional qualifications at the appropriate level.
